SUB: -COMPLAINT:- West Godavari dist-k.kota mandal-Tadikalapudi(v)-Sri Sirigi battula Satyanarayana paid for Agricultural service on 8-09-2009-Line Erected on 10-06-2010 and Collapsed by neighbors –Complaint lodged at SHO , Tadikalapudi ,Police station by AE ,K.KOTA.-Requesting to take action

Ref: - Addl.Asst .Engineer Operations, APEDCL, K.Kota, Lr.NO. AAE/O/KKT/F,D.NO:522/10,Dated 16-09-2010, received on 28-09-2010[/B]I (Sirigibattula Satyanarayana) had Applied for agriculture service on 31-12-2008 at tadikalapudi (v) Accordingly the APEDCL was estimated, sanctioned the service, then we have paid the amount on 8-01-2010as shown in the attached D.D copy.

The AAE/O/K.Kota Went to the field along with their O&M staff on 10-06-2010 and they have Erected 11K.V Line for 180 Miters, while seen in the next day early morning that Line was Collapsed by the neighbors , then we have informed the same to AAE,K.kota and Then they have visited the site and lodged a Complaint SHO ,PS, Tadikalapudi for investigation ,Recovery of damages to register the case Accordingly.
Till to date, The Issue is same, we have Loosed 4 Crops (its worth ~3Lakhs), Plus Investment (worth ~3Lakhs including interst charges) and So much of money. Even we approached Collector thru “PRAJAVANI “we had not found any Justification. This is the final step what we taken with concern People. If here also will get same thing, finally we go to the consumer court to cover All the Losses.
So We Eagerly requesting that we need Justice from your esteemed consumer bench, many are saying that it will be solved only at your bench and we are also looking for your kind Justice and Needful.
