Dear Sir,

This is a complaint against MSEB, My self Archana pandey, I stay at rent at Mr. Surendra yadav's Flat A-302, Badri Palace, Near Railyway Gate, Near Police station, Titwala-West, Kalyan -421605. I stay alone and i am a working women, mostly my house is locked but my bills are chraged very high i.e, 670 or 680, i dont have a TV even. I have complaint many times but till now no action has been taken.

Plaese look into this matter, they mostly send the bill on same line, they dont even bother to check the meter.

I would be highly obliged if you could please check this matter.

In my area there is problem of electrical supply,Due to faulty transformer from last 1month there is no supply
everyday night of electricity frustrating power cuts
Huge loss of farmer,Student.There no repairing of fault even daily complaint in office

We are one of the IP providers there is always some error on Mahadiscom web page due to which we are unable to view bills on time and so we delay in payment and disconnections when is page is published for easy services it has to be maintained also or else its of no use, secondly the MSEDCL officers are so rude that it becomes difficult to put our queries in front of them. Request you to please look into and provide help accordingly.
