Respected Sir ,
i wanted to lodge complain against west bengal district electricity board for charging us huge amount ,which we have not consumed .My self Shankha Suvra Chakraborty ,Center Manager of National Institute Of Finance & Accounts ,Siliguri Branch .We have paid amount rs.1414/- from month jan '2010 to march 2010 against consuming unit 275,april to jun 2010 paid Amount Rs.3159 against consuming 538 unit ,then from july to sep 2010 paid 4199 against consuming unit 593 ,by jan we have received a bill of OCt to Dec 2010 Rs.40078 aginst unit consuming -5297 ,which i feel is improper and out of law to charge thsi amount ,we have requested them several times to give us chance to pay by installments ,but they refused it directly .as because this is an educational institute we have also faced problems from students side ,because they have cut our line without any notice .They told us you have consumed you must have to pay ,but in summer season till sep 2010 our ac worked and that time they have given proper bill ,but against this huge bill from our HO also ask clearification from me that how it comes.We are using 12 laptops ,6 fans ,26 Cfl lights , 1 AC ,which is not in use in winter season .If they wanted to adjust any amount ,then why at a time ?I am not finding any way eccept to lodge case in consumer forum .
Plz help me that how i will prepare my application.
