I, mr. maruti ganpat desai is a customer of MSEb, residing in bhandup(EAST), mumbai.

my normal electricityy bill ranges from 100 to 300 rupess per month.
but for the month of dec2010-jan 2011, muu electricity bill is rupees 17,270.
for a commom man like me, this is really too high price to pay for electricity.
we dont have electric gadgetrs like air conditioner/electric geyser, so normal range of bill should be maximum 500, or less.
But 17,270 rupees is too much high. i cant afford to pay such a big amount, as i am a retiered person since 6-7 years.
i carry out my monthly expenditure on basis of my pension. also my son is also studying.
so what should a person like me do?
please do suggest me a way for this.
kindly do take some action against this.
