This is to inform that our billing received from 3rd Aug 10 to 5th Oct 10 from BSES Rajdhani Power Limited has been charged Rs. 1384.28 which is totally incorrect as per our previous experience and usage.

We are very much harrashed by contacting customer care ( Mr Siddhart at 39999707 ) regarding the same as when we were using coolers also in the months of July and Aug we have never got the bill above Rs. 600 and when we are using only one fan and tubelights we have been charged so high saying that units has been consumed more . We request you to kindly arrange the rectification in our bill as their could be falut in meter also. Since we belong to middle clas family Rs. 700 matters a lot to us............

Hoping a revert at least from your end as customer care is not ready to give any ID OR NO. for the same and saying jitna hai sahi hai.
