I am the student of D.Y.Patil. I am Leaving in Belapur C.B.D., Navi Mumbai. The workers in the electricity department here in belapur branch are not behaving well in accordance with the bill deduction problem. I paid the bill one month ago and now the same amount and the new bill has com from which my last bill payment was not deducted. when i went there, they are just making me roam here and there by just ignoring my problem. Please Help me out with the same.
