Dear Sir,
I have requested 3phase connection in my father's name K.ELUMALAI to TNEB Somangalam division (near Kundrathur,chennai) on 20thAug'10. Still yet to receive my 3phase meter.
On 22ndAug'10 an electrician came and connected a temporary wires to arrange power to my house. After then I called to A.E. Mr. Nambirajan on 25thAug'10 and requested him to provide 3phase connection with EB card. But he used to say they will be doing it soon. But no actions so far.
Now it is more than 45days, I am yet to receive 3phase service to my house. This is annoying and I am in mental pressure because of TNEB's bad service.
