Hi,
I am writing regarding many 2 second power interrupts at my residence. I procure electricity from MSEDCL. My address is - A-1,Aishwarya Apts,Rambaug Colony,Kothrud,Pune-38.
This has been happening for the last 8 or so months. I can understand when the company needs to make repairs at certain sites developing faults, but these repairs cannot be done in 2 seconds!!! This is damaging my home appliances. I pay my bills regularly including service charges, which i definitely do not like paying for such services. And of course anytime I call them regarding this, either theres no response to the phone or they tell me that they were doing repairs. When asked about what repairs can be done in 2 seconds, they just start cussing and drop the line without any reply for the next 5 or 10 minutes...
I would lilke to know if anything can be done in this regard.
MSEDCL's negligence and poor service should not go unchallenged just because its a government setup.
