Dear,

This month i have received the bill of Rs.4013 this bill is generated on the behalf of previous month (August) only...i had already paid the bill of July month & only this bill is pending, which will be cross the last date on 27th of Sept. yet today some electric board persons came to my rented house in my absence & said that we are here to disconnect the connection due to the late payment.

I feel embarrassed for the same, without having any genuine reason how they dare to do same...

Please suggest & help for the same.
