RESPECTED SIR,
I hereby sending you detail of my electricity bill from march to september just examine the amt. of all six months how is it possible to have such a variation in all these months, april and may is the peak season for consumption of electricity at that time the amt. is Rs.14910.00 for two months and the bill for the month june,july and august is Rs.13,174.58 ,Rs.14,716.29 and Rs.11,493.63 respectively and when i went to the customer care office one located in tagore garden for my complaint the executive present their just said what can we do first of all you pay the entire bill then your complaint is to be lodged and only your meter has to be checked. one of their executive reached the concerned address and said to pay the bill or your electricity should be cut by the 25th of august. I strongly believe that either there is some mistake in billing or the meter is faulty. Sir please to take this issue seriously as not me but like me there are so many people are getting tensed and repeatedly making round of these coustomer care serivce. Please to take some recent action against my complaint.
