i am the customer of bses yamuna having crn no.1140071118 & new k no.114148200182.my current & previous bill shows lpsc charges of rs 40.90 & rs 39.06 respectively. Details of bills are as follows

651787 09/12/2009 1630/- rs 40.90 yet to pay

as per my record all bills have been paid within due date . Kindly arrange to instruct the concerned official to review the records & tell any reason for charging lpsc or refund the same duly admitting the mistake & being careful for future.
