    Respected sir,
    with due respect i have the honour to submit the following facts
    for your kind consideration.
    I am living with my family at 46/9, brojo nath lahiri lane,
    howrah west bengal, pin-711104 along with my mother aged about 91
    years old and we are the subscriber of calcutta electric supply
    corporation under consumer no 61087117001
    since last six months we along with some other people of the
    locality connected with our phase are experiencing great difficulties
    in getting proper voltage. The voltage is so low that the electronic
    gadgets are not functioning properly and being damaged day by day.
    We have tried our best and leave no stone unturned for
    regularising the above mentioned condition but all gone in vein.
    Last two days we had to face various problem consecutively
    for run down of the jumper cable and in compliance with our complain
    the c.e.s.c. Men came to our locality and only made a patch work.it
    appears to us from their conversation that a huge load has been given
    in our phase and they are unable to do the remedy without the
    permission of the higher authority.
    We have made a complain with the signatures of the people of
    our locality before the divisional engineer about two months ago. But
    nothing have yet been done and since after then we are been seriously
    affected with the problem in the scorchy heat of the summer.
    In the above circumstances i on behalf of the suffering people
    of the locality lodge this complain and solicit a permanent remedy.

    dear sir,

    this is a serious matter. the only remedy for this is
    to approach the consumer forum of your area for the
    reason that this is a deficiency in the service of CES
    and claim compensation for the torture and agony as
    also the monetary losses faced by you. You should also
    complain to the govt. of bengal, to the appropriate
    ministry/ the secretary regarding the problem. also
    try to publish this in your local papers. contact the
    TV news channels and have the news relayed in the TV.
    I thik, the multipronged attack should work. the
    important thing is to repeatedly pursue the matter and
    publicise so that the concerned authorities are fed up
    and take action to solve your problem.

    you should also get the progress of your
    complaint/greivance with the concerned authorities
    through the Right to Information Act. Put your
    complaints in writing and get answers.

    Default repairing or street light

    I am living with my family at 5 , Nandan Kanan, Hindmotor,uttarpara
    west bengal,we are the subscriber of calcutta electric supply
    corporation under consumer no 63167033009 and 63167032001
    since last six months we along with some other people of the
    locality are experiencing great difficulties in street light problem for that from evening to night darkness occures.Due to darkeness accident and also unsocial works are increase day to day. We are coplains so many times. But result is zero.The c.e.s.c. Maintenance worker were came to our locality but don't work.Please take neccessary action as early as possible.

    Default repairing of street light

    Respected sir,
    I am residing at 5, nandan Kanan, Hindmotor near Durga Mandir ,the street light of pole no- 56/1/1in fornt of my house is not working . One week ago service engineering in your concern had come and repaired it. But that was working only for two days. After that our locality is in dark and we are face a lots of problem due to darkness ( accident , antisocial works etc). Please take a step so we can survive from the darkness as early as possible.

    Default complain against CESC

    Dear Sir,

    I am from Belghoria Nimta are, Last 3 days we are facing a power faliour from 10:45PM onwards, as and when we are calling to your customer care as the are saying that a work is goin on a high tention line and will take minimum 3 hrs. we are listening the same record last three days, why the same is going on, are any one ther in you estimated organisation to look into the matter.
    Afetr returning to home, it is to tough for us,

    Post our phase is tripping due to over load

    Please note that due to in over load on our phase, (caused for appropriate distribution of electrical load) same is tripping frequently mainly at night.
    A proposal for putting a new transformer by cesc near my locality was pending for long time.

    I have complained about same to cesc helpline no 1912 number of times( for more than last two year). But all in vain so far.

    Now I want to draw your kind attention in this matter.

    Kindly look into this matter seriously.

    Wink Delay in refunding Security Deposit by CESC - Ex-Consumer No. 76212001003

    My electrical connection relating to Ex-consumer no. 76212001003 was disconnected on 1st December'2010. CESC wrote me a letter on 17th February'2011 (which reached me on 23rd April'2011) asking me to deposit original Security Deposit receipt.

    I immdeiately attended by couriering the receipt on 23rd April'2011 which reached CESC on 25th April'2011.

    No luck yet and I am suffering acute financial problem.

    Can you help?

    Default daily powercut at 339,canal street

    I would like to inform you that there is a powercut everyday at 12 am. Near midnight.these pppl don't even know how to provide proper adequate facilities.they can have voltage problems but why a power cut at 12 midnight.they don't have brains. IlleTerate ppl of west bengal.

    Default Unexpectedly high amount of Bill receiving from CESC

    Sir,

    I, Sarojit Basu, son of Late S.K.Basu, residing at 37, Adyanath Saha Road, Kolkata-48, wish to draw the attention towards the abrupt high amount of bill that we are receiving from CESC Ltd. since last few months. We are having two meters named after Smt Bina Basu, Mother of SK BASU, that at ground floor, and another named to Sri S.K.Basu. The metered reading of the meter named to Smt Bina Basu, is showing unexpected reading,and hence very high amount of bill, which, clearly is not valid. I say this now since August'10, we are only three members residing at home after the sad demise of my Father, Sri S.K.Basu. Two of our Brothers are proactive office goers and only my Mother is staying at home. The energy consumed shown in bills is not possible by a single person.

    This is for information that the amount we paid last two months in correspondence to the meter named after Smt. Bina Bose amounts to as far as Rs 1100, and Rs 2000 (approx) respectively.

    Kindly look into the matter and take steps to rectify this problem. I had already lodged a problem to CESC personnel to check meter or wiring, but no action has been as late.

    Please take steps and oblige.

    Dear sir,
    I (Dipak kr choudhury) living at Baguhati last 3 and half year as a rent. My House owner Name is- Mr. Priyatosh Paul adds is BA23/3 Deshbandhunager Kolkata-59.

    I have a problem from last two years in excess elec bills. I was complaining for that in your office, and they have visit on my house and tell my owner there is no problem in my meter. Day by day my monthly bill is exceeding.
    Last two month ago I am continually not stay in my Kolkata home for per personal issue, but that was is also excess bill. Sir you not belief me I am not stay at my Kolkata home 18 days on august but I am bill payment Rs 1000/-
    I have used two fans two light and one frieze in regular basis. And some time I was used 4fans and three lights. No heater No geezer But bill is incised.

    Sir Now I am again complied with you Pl’s check out my meter and also line. I am sure that some problem in the line or meter.Pl’s finds out the problem and satisfies me.

    I am working in TATA Motors service, so that if it is possible to communicate me for your visit at my home so that I will also be present.
