Wrong Theft Case registered by BSES Rajdhani Power Limited Hi,
I live on 2nd floor of my appartments with my family and have been paying my bills on time always. On 9th march, one of the electricity officer came for inspection and took the meter and sealed the same. We were asked to visit the Pushp Vihar office where the meter testing was to be done. They unsealed the meter in our presence and said that the meter was tampered and therefore got hanged at some point of time. A theft case was registered and we were informed that we will receive a letter from Andrew Ganj office for the further investigation. Durng the same we paid our bills as and when came.
We received a letter on 28th July, mentioning that we were suppose to visit the mentioned office for hearing on 5th April and no one came for the same. Also, a seperate letter will reach us with the bill amount calculated based on usage.
Issues:
1. We live on 2nd floor and the meter is installed at the back side of ground level which is not easily accessible due to construction done.
2. Everyone in my family is working and we don't have much electricity consumption.
3. We didnt received any letter for hearing otherwise would have presented our points.
4. The consumption at our end has increased due to Summers and guests at our place.
5. A seperate bill is sent of appx Rs. 37000 based on the last 2 month usage as per new meter reading, irrespective of climate change(summer)
6. We visited the Andrew Ganj Office and has been asked that nothing can be done besides paying the bill and accepting that some tampering was done.

Meter Disconnected against Unknown/Unjustified Debit of 07 years old without serving any Intimation/Notice in advance
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to the above captioned subject, on the same I would like to inform you that on last Saturday (after office hours) i.e. 12th Jan'2013, your one of Executive has visited at our home Mr.Ramsharan (Mobile No 9312282492), against some past dispute, which were not pertains to us BUT after showing him all the relevant docs & explanation from our end that our all the Meter Dues were settled in past 10 years before the due dates and NO any dispute or Dues are in past. But even then he had disconnected our Meter and take it with him forcefully, without serving any Notice/Intimation in prior and with No reason for the disconnection any taking/giving any written docs . Complete details of the meter are enclosed below for your ready reference.

On the above and further to our complain, we would like to inform you that on the next working day i.e. Monday 14th Jan'2013, we have visited to your office at BSES Radhu Palace, whereas we have met with your very Senior two officials at VP Level, Enforcement Cell(as according to them, this case was relates to the Enforcement Cell), after discussing the same matter with them for more than 3 hours and shown them all the past chain of Invoice issued by the BSES of ten years, which were duly paid to the Authority on time and please note that myself was staying on the same premises since Jun'2002 and no any demand were raised and served to us in the past but no solutions found. And their statements were really outrageous. On which I would like to inform you that your both the senior official statement was we have the complete rights to withdraw any services without serving to any Notice and on their decision we have to settle the Unknown dues of 28000/- which were belongs to the somebody Mr. Prabhakar Patnaik against the theft of Electricity and the Claim was pertains to the 2006(07 Years Old).
Further to the above, when we have requested to them that our all the dues are clear and the above said debit are not pertains to us. Even then they have shown their helpness they don't have the past record to search the file of Mr. Prabhakar. Hence we have to find him out and we have to provide all the Electricity Meter Data of all the meters allotted in the said premises/Building, where as approx 19 Flats/19 Meters were alloted to other person, which is already available with the BSES office..

Intentionally harrasment by kolkata traffic sergent. Respected Sir,
How long we will suffer with unjustified judgment and dominated with government employee.
Today one traffic Sergent name, Jayanta Chakrabarti (bike number WB 01AA8663) forcefully make fine to one taxi driver at taratala more, behala. The way of his talking just indescribable. then he make spot fine and the challan number is 019261.
My intention of sending this letter only to inform that how can we resist these incident in our daily routine... and some how it increasing and increasing.. so please take necessary action to prevent such torture to the general citizen.
