Sir i am facing a problem of power cutt in my area which generally happens at the night time. And this is not the matter of one or two day, it is happening since last 6 - 7 weeks for which we are facing lot of problems as you know the climate now is getting very humid and hot. Nobody comes for repair if the fault occurs in electricity occurs at night. My complaint center is Nr. Mumbr Fast railway tunnel (02225462138) but nobody pick up the phone if we call their for complaint. I think this kind of staff should be fired off and new ones should be employed.

We are facing lots of problem of very low voltage in my area due to our all electric home applience are creatinng problems. If they pickuped the phone, they cleary told problme in transformer. New tansformer already issued for this place but they didn't started work.

In Mumbra Station area their are 8 to 10 hrs loadsheeding which effect our health problm, water problem and etc...

Compair to other place why mumbra locaiton their are still 10hrs loadsheeding?

Beyond loadsheeding still power cut is happening for some time 15 min, 45min or it may increase to 2 to 3hrs why? in between they didn't pickup phone or phone still enggaged.

I visited their office some day back, that time i found phone reciver they pulled of? we asked for this reason they told us they dont have answer?

We are paying electric bill on time still they are frasuted us to cut of power?
