We have purchase a new house with its old electricity connection under WBSEB. Approx 1 year gone I have applied for change of old name as well as I have deposited the charges also (I've all relevent documents)to my electric-office 'Khardah'. After that I've contcted with Mr. Aloke(Office-staff) & Mr. Tapas (Technical-staff). I've contact with Barrackpore-WBSB (Sub-Divisional HO) also. But unfortunately my total gven-labour is now in vain.

So, I am requesting your goodself that if any higher officials please do the needfull for me.
