We are eligible for subsidy under the electricity act, 2003. however tata power company asked for all kinds of documents last year, which were promptly submitted. now it says that when it receives subsidy from the government it will pass it on. however, the law clearly states that it is supposed to bill us for only the subsidized amount and that it is their job to claim the subsidy from the government.
