Dear Sirs,
Good day to you.With utter frustration and disgust I am forced to write this mail to you all.In reference to the A/c: in name of Sri Sudhanshu Sekhar Guha Thakurta having Consumer No: 48173051001 , Meter No: 2606669-Csq.01-Rate‘G’(Domestic),past 4 months we are being constantly disturbed with wrong figures being displayed on the CESC bills.
Last month also I wrote to Consumer Grievance Cell and was contacted and confirmed by department member and did send Zerox Copies of all the last 5 months bills along with application and we were being sent modified bill with modified amount(the wrong arrear amount was deducted).
The Bill was paid at the 226 A & B APC Road.Kolkata-700 004,duely stamped and even rebate date was modified ,however this month again we find an arrear amount of 799 being brought forward and wrongly added to the current month.
COULD YOU PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW LONG DOES THIS NONSENSE CARRIES ON?
The contact number I received call from CESC was 03366340588,Kindly action on this ASAP or else I would be forced to put this in the CONSUMER FORUM and CONSUMER COURT for proper action.
