On 2nd May 2010 I have launched a complain in BSES customer care centre in mid-day for no supply in my house. after so many launching complaint in CC centre and regular follow up ,lineman has come and check error at 11 o clock. Error has found off. Error has been found of wire shot from poll to in house ,which has underground. Lineman has get solution. He put up temporary wire from poll to in house. He connect wire after break the meter seal. And get my bill copy and payment details. And he told me that, we will come after one-two days and connect original wire as well as sealed your meter. From 03rd may 2010 onward no any response from BSES CC centre or Lineman after so many lunching complaint and regular follow up to till date.i get so many responses such as ( Sir hamare pass abhi wire nahi hai jab hoga tab laga denge),(Aap apna lag walo koi problem nahi hogi),& ( Abhi aap key aha light aa raha hai to chalne do koi problem nahi hogi).

Sir, I am looking for a proper solution, please look into matter in priority basis. don’t want to any issue in future after so many follow up and following rules.
