I am consumer of BSES Yamuna Ltd. I am facing a big problem to you. yesterday (20-03-2010) i have done a complaint against non supply of electricity (that fault in your poll who is supply electricity) in Digamber Jain Mandir (CRN No. 1250008360) of our area (Bhajan Pura) on your complaint centre (39999808). and i was gotted a complaint number 3334. and problem is not to be solve till now today i was also called to there and gotted a new complaint number 1223 against this case. i want know that your rule is that after complaint we will solve with in 45 minute so why is to be not solve till now while this is Temple case in other hand if any miss happening will make so who r responsible for that ? and i want know that what your verification department do while your system is firstly very with customer. its department never call any complaint?
Just tell me and make solution of this problem. i think you should improve your bad system to make good company.
That a very big corruption in your section you should to take needfull action do remove corruption. i think your staff want free salary of company.
