Hello Sir / Ma'am,

I have not been staying at my residence since oct 2006 ever since my father expired ( to avoid his memorries and find it difficult to live there missing him).

The house has been completely unused ever since then.

However, I have been getting bills averagely amounting to Rs. 2000 initially which then increased to around Rs. 5000 on an average for a month. No residential would use such a hight consumption of electricity and my residence has been closed / used. So, there is no question of having any usage.

I have requested the MSEB to look into it and my meter has been changed twice. In spite of that, I was still getting a average billing of Rs. 7000 now.

till last 3 month, I have been paying each and every bill inspite of wrong billing by MSEB. I have stopped paying the bills after the second time meter change as I could not pay such a huge amount at all.

I have engaged a electrician and found a fault in wiring and hopefully got it corrected (with the knowledge of the MSEB staff). Hopefully, I should now be getting the correct billing.

I request the court to please look into the matter and reimburse me the entire amount that was wrongly charged and collected from my end.

Kindly let me know what details are needed frm my end to proceed with my case and give me a reimbursement of the entire 3 years of bill payments (year 2007, 2008 and 2009 till june ). I have not paid balance bills after july 2009 and my electricity should nt be cut, as there are excess funds collected by MSEB board from my account.

Kindly help me please and give me a favorable conclusion (at the earliest).
