I am a tenant and staying at 91-A, LIG Flats, Pocket-12, Jasola Vihar, New Delhi-25.
For last several months i am paying my electricity bills ( Average bill i rececived every alternative month @ Rs 1500) on time . This month suddenly the bill amount rose up to Rs 10500. I called electrician to see any theft from my meter but that was found ok.
I got a surprise last week when i was away from my home for three days when my meter consumed 50 units. It is a big surprise to me. I lodge a complain at BSES office via complain no. 25413009090069.But nothing has been done.
Please help me to get out from this problem.

Dear Mr. Gupta,
To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.
Kindly contact your landlord for help because only the landlord (owner of the house) can forward his complaint as he is the direct consumer of the Co.
