My father is office assistant in a private consultancy where he earn monthly salary around Rs.8000/-.

In the last months (June-July09) we receive our bill Rs.1947 which was exceed to normal charges. We went to our nearest office of BSES at Prahladpur where we were told by their staff to wait for another bill which will come in September09 as the previous months were peak months for electricity consumption. We kept patience.
But in the Months of August-September, we received bill of Rs. 5460/- which is most vulnerable situation for us as we have not consumed much electricity due to rainy weather of Delhi.
This is happening when we follow the appeal by Ms, Shiela Dixit Ji, we are using CFL bulbs at our home, we switch off our electricity board when we do not need it. We pay our bill regularly but we are still paying for our honesty.

Where from we will pay the bill now? We are feeling helpless... Where to go? Please support..
