I am deeply hurt as I am a victim of NDPL Harrassement and Fraud. To make
money NDPL will adopt such practices it's not expected from Ndpl side.

My meter has been changed on July 23rd 2009 without my information. They
have taken signature from my neighbour. they have come to change his meter
they have one extra meter so they have changed my meter also without
informing me.
*Some fraud is conducted at that moment my bill increased from Rs.2360 May
09 to Rs.9370 july 09. *

*I have logged a call to raise escalation as i have not shown my old meter
reading also to check new meter as my bill has shot by 300%. No one has
come for checking the new meter. Somebody has come on 26th Aug to replace
the new meter which is installed earlier on 23rd july 07.*
I have told them the new meter is working fine. Are they come for checking
the meter speed they told me its better to replace this. They have taken the
reading get my signature on this.*Shown me meter is working fine still they
are replacing.* I have asked what about the old bill which is inflated, they
told me it will be rectified and adjusted reduced in next bill(although
meter change is not required they have done on their own)

Today I have received a bill of Rs.3300/- for which when i called they told
me its for meter replacement cost. then when i argued on it call center
executive told its after old assessment of your bill you have pay this
amount because your meter is faulty. *I want to raise this what sort of
faulty meter you are talking about. the meter has been replaced less than a
month and its working fine and you are doing assessment for whole year to
get extra money from me.*

*That's the level of Fraud NDPL is conducting to harras its consumer. *
I have all the proof which shows already meter has been replaced without
informing us. The new meter is working fine still again it has been
replaced.

I want to escalate this case. I have attached history of the bills. My bill
has never come more than 3000-5000 range No body is there at my home during
the day. Now I have been harrased by NDPL authorities.

They are charging me for what!!! consumer is harassed/robed.

I want to escalate this case to consumer Court/delhi governement/press where
it can be escalated.

Is there any body who can help normal laymen or we have to suffer by
profiteers like NDPL because of being layman.

*Please help me. please rectify this amount of rs.3300/- you can check from
the history old bills. help me help me. help me*
*Don't harass us because we are innocent citizens of india.*
