Dear Sir,

With reference to my K.No 2530N5260286 & CRN No.2530025902, I would like to inform you that in the bill of Dec. 2002 Bill No. 798153), there was Arrears of Rs. 3,275.93. On Inquiring I was informed that it pertained to some dues for 2002
Firstly how can they raise arrears after 5 years,that also when every bill since the connection has been paid.
I have lodged several complaints with local office but no one hears my plea, further more in March 2008 the said line was disconnected & the meter removed from the premises without intimating me.
At that time my complaint was lodged, then how can the connection be cut, without informing me. Cut the connection but why remove the meter??

If you require I can provide documentary evidence of each & every bill paid from 2002.
Since I was not regularly staying here, noo ne followed the matter.
Now I request you to please assist me in restoring my connection on top urgent basis.

Since I am a retired senior citizen, I hope this matter is addressed soon & I am spared from further trouble.
