Recently I purchased a 2BHK resale flat in pune. After possesion of property I found the electricity connection was cut due to pending bills and no meter was in place. After going through all process of new quotation and transfer of conenction. I also paid all pending bills before submitting quotation. And its two months that new meter is installed with my name..I am receiving monthly bills of Rs 243 on the name of previous owner. This is ridiculos.
