have purchased refregerator (Master mind 250ltr.) on 23.05.2011. On 04.05.2012 i have noticed that some noice come out from ref. & i have registered complaint no. AH0512006055 dated 04.05.2012. The com. engineer has visited and give the un acceptable reason & fill up the gas by providing temporory solution.
Again I noticed that the cooling in referegerator not found satisfatorial as require. I have again log complaint no. AH0512015283 dated 17.05.2012 & com. engineer has visited & concluded that the compressor streigth is weak & need to replace under warranty.
Till day we have given somany reminders but the complaint not resolved.
I fail to under stand how such weak compressor can installed in new refreegerator?. Inworld brand company's on which somany people trusted, such compaint can arise.
I think company has to replace whole unit.
