I buy an symphony air cooler from STAR CJ channal. On first say of delivery 09/may/2012 same day after delivery in 5 hour cooler start giving problem and completely dead. same day again i call star CJ to replace they said after 2 days it may be replace.
11/ may/2012, 11:00am again i call STAR CJ to know the status of replacment but they not respond 4:00 PM again call they said it not replaced it need to repair.
14/may/2012 again i call they logged complaint and said with in 7 days it repair. After 7 days it was not repaired.
21/may/ 2012 8:00Pm again i call him and inform STAR CJ that it not repair.
22/may to till now i am regularly calling STAR CJ about my problem but till today it is not repaired.

My complaint numbers are:-
Tuesday, NSS-22E12030.
THURESDAY:- NSS-24E12026
NSS-24E12026,

So please help me what can in do him (STAR CJ & SYMPHONEY)

how can take any action against these company?
how can i get my money back?
or how can they replace the dead cooler?

My suggetion never buy product for STAR CJ they never help you. If buy then God & Goverment agency help you.
Please help me.
