we compared the same products which we both bought from different companies. the one i bought just doesnt function as it should be. I did not get a manual, i got some broken pieces, there is no mention of any company address or phone numbers where i can address my complains ,,, just nothing at all .

Also i did not receive any proper bill. i got a piece of paper with with wrong contact details. i dont know where to contact this company.

i feel so cheated, my hard earned money is lost here. i am so disappointed.

All you people please don't buy anything from TvTeleshopping .

they are a fraud company and they sell fake products. they only dupe and cheat customers and provide wrong contact details to wash their hands away from their responsibilities towards the customers.

I don't know about you but i am definitely a TV Teleshopping customer. i bought two products from it and can count it as the worst experience of my life. Yes i am one of the cheated customers who have been provided with duplicate products. i came to know about this company by its website, when i called on their telephone number mentioned on their website they said it was some other shopping company but was somehow related to tv teleshopping and somehow convinced me to order. I got my product after 4 days only to find out that the product which I saw online and on TV was so different than the one which I actually received from TV Teleshopping. This one was ULTRA LOW grade and of inferior quality, shabby packing. I am sure of one thing that the product sold by them IS NOT OF SAME QUALITY AS ON TV. May be that’s the reason they can sell it for less. Its common sense, DUPLICATE Product is always cheaper than ORIGINAL product. This is nothing once I got the product I realized I didn’t get an invoice; I was not charged any tax, so clearly this company is cheating the customers and government both. I tried getting in touch with them but then realized the address mentioned on the site is also incorrect. After so much frustration, I have approached consumer court now and already filed a case against them. For me it is not a matter of 7000 rupees. It is a matter of my self-respect that I have been cheated by someone. My husband is also trying various sources to get in touch with this company as he has many friends in New Delhi (this company is based in Delhi, that’s what the numbers say). So friends I request, please do not fall for such counterfeit products, instead help me fight against them. If any one of you has also faced such issues, with this company, feel free to write in your views and feedback here. Also if any one of you has any contact details please provide me, as the same will only help us fight against these type of companies.

All 3 sites are selling fake, duplicate and scam on internet ecom... we get to hear every 2nd day that some company on internet has managed to run fraud business successfully and mind me these are similar companies...All these companies do not have a registered physical address. Which means like i have sent them a legal notice they were not delivered and returned due to incorrect address given to my on the invoice and site. These companies are not selling h2o mop x5..these companies are only selling all kinds of duplicate products like you would easily get it in Manish market or Gaffer market. I have got the confirmation from the original inventor company. Which is some thane based out of USA. Now i am wondering how do i get my monies back which i have paid just to save 2000 just 2 weaks back they were claiming the cost of product as 6490 + 550 delivery charges. I had asked for credit card or debit card payment options and they claimed they cannot take such payments as work only on cash on delivery. Only realised it is because no banks give them such facilities. other wish i could have stopped the payment or could have got the original party who was recving the payment. You guys be safe and be good with your choices.. such companies are not even afraid of claiming that they are running television ads..none of the numbers match the original company. like me so masny of you would end up losing faith in the internet shopping..this is cheap, duplicake and fake internet shopping sites... DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY products from them...
