Hi All,

I had ordered a Philips 7 in 1 Trimmer on Dec 31st 2011. Its been Feb-06th 2012 and till now i have not received the product.

I have been making repetitive calls to the customer centre of MYDALA and they have no solution and tell it will come.

They had told that the product was shipped 4 weeks back and til now they have not given me a proper tracking ID. I have spent nearly 500Rupees making calls to the customer care.

I would like to take them to consumer court and teach them a proper lesson.

Have not come across such a bad shopping kart till now like this..... Feels bad about it.

Any suggestions please let me know.
