I have purchase godrej washing machine GDS-800 on 20.06.2005at jatni Orissa. Spin was not working from 19th Dec. 2011. I complained about it at ur customer care over phone on 20.12.11 complain no. 2012573913. Mr. Vichitra visited and told that the spin timer is not working and need to change and you have to pay for it. I told him about appliances service contract plan but he told that spin timer is not covering the contract. My contract no. E011110011 from 11.11.2011.

After that I contact Mr. pradipt more then 10 times who done the contract. Always he told that I am outside I will call you back in some time but till now no call has came from that side. I have also call to no. 7873078712 at Bhubaneswar smart care office on 06.01.2012who told me your machine is very old and it is not under the contract you will get your money back in few days. But till now I have not received any thing
