Respected Sir,


I had purchased a Euroclean XFORCE Vacuum Cleaner on 15.08.2011 vide Order Form Cum Receipt no.175036617 for Rs.7990.00 (paid in cash) from Mr. Soumak Banerjee, a sales executive bearing CSS code-9015126 of Eureka Forbes limited. Mr. Soumak Banerjee had visited my home on 15.08.2011 to demonstrate and sell the said Vacuum cleaner.


The said sales executive had assured me that he would deliver me a Sales Invoice along with a gift (A soft luggage of a reputed brand or A dinner set) of my choice with in 7 days time.


Most regretfully I have to inform you that I didn't get the said Invoice and the assured gift as yet in spite of a number of follow ups with the company office as well as with the said sales executive. Meanwhile I had lodged two complaints with the company vide complaint nos.85549705, dt.17.09.2011 and 86076655, dt.20.12.2011, but no action as yet. Most surprisingly Mr. Soumak Banerjee doesn't pick up my calls now a days.


I have gone mentally upset and frustrated with this act of the company. Finally I seek your intervention and help in this regard. I would also seek your suggestion in this regard that should I file a case in the consumer court for mentally harassment by the company.
