Hi, I have purchase Merlin 123 mix vide order no. OC2822644 on 20/11/2011 through TVC sky shop, after receiving the machine i have used it for one day and next day machine is not working, immediately informed to custemer care and sent the machine to TVC SKY SHOP warehouse on dt: 30/11/2011.

after that i have called the customer care n followed for the status and before christmas also i called and told them to send the machine before 25/12/2011, the customer department is not giving proper responce sometimes they are disconnecting the telephone line, some one says it takes 10 days time, almost one month completed but i have not received the machine. even today when i called them they are saying the samething that it takes another 10 days time.

i request you for the money back and i dont want the machine. i got fedup with them.
