Hi

I recently bought a water heater in viveks Adayar ,
They said the warranty is valid only if the technician comes and installs the water heater .
The initial appointment was on 29th December and none turned up , i have tried to contact them and they will organise a call back
Till now they havent sent anyone to fix the Heater .


they sent a sms stating that the technictian A suresh will come at 12.30pm . horribly the sms was sent at 2.30 pm ... pathetic .

Now i would like to take it up legally coz they are not answering my call too ,, i was 3 in the Queue and when it got connected no one answers my call ..
Why do they cheat customers after selling the product .

This is very bad attitude towards the customer and i would like to sue them for the bad service and for cheating me on a daily basis ,
Any one who can legally help me will be appreciated ,
