I have purchased electrical Geyser from Multitech Systems and Engineering on 22/10/2011.But that one had installed near 25/11/2011. They have given 6 years of warranty with home assistance during purchase of geyser. It was not working Since 12/12/2011, then I talked to their manager and he assured me for home assistance for repairing of geyser and I have also mailed to them on their costumer services website on

salesmseindia@gmail.com on 14/12/2011. But till then, no one has come to my home for repairing.

I am very frustrated from your service.
