This is to inform you that I have purchased 1.5 Ton an A/C. from Snehanjali Retail Pvt.Ltd.Boisar, Invoice no. E714312 on 26/11/2011 and since 12/12/2011 my A/C is not working, I have lodge a complaint through dealer in Snehanjali Retail Pvt.Ltd.Boisar & Godrej Customer Care Tel No. is 18002095511/ 02267961369 on 13/12/2011 complaint no is 29116332911 at .10.05 am but till date the concern not resolve, even I have followed up many times with the dealer & service centre but I feel that they are not giving the proper attention towards my concern.
So plz look into the matter and provide me the soluation regarding the concern because it is giving me lots of mental harassment.
