Hi Team,

We bought LG Washing machine and facing problem on service.
We complained about our machine making noise first time, representative came and told, this problem is due to lack of washing machine stand, and provided one stand. Later we raised another complaint saying my machine is stopping while washing cloths, he came and told due this machine stand, you are getting problem and removed that stand. Still our problem not rectified.
Every time LG Service people are escaping by saying unrelated reasons without rectifying the problem.
We raised a complaint again regarding machine struck in middle of washing but no response from LG Care still now.
Please help us on rectifying my issue.
