I, Anil Kumar had unfortunately purchased a Toaster Item code: 205000001500599 on 13.06.2010 @ Rs. 1790/- from E Zone , v3s Mall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092.


This toaster was giving some problem in working. So we called for the customer care executive of Morphy Richard (Complaint no. 659758 dtd 30-10-2011), when the mechanic came for service, he said “it is a manufacturing fault” and recommended for the replacement of the toaster. But I was very disappointed to see the quality of a product that a Branded Company like yours manufacturers. I was shocked to see the behaviour of that guy of service centre, he is not giving any response to our repeated requests regarding replacement till the writing of this.


Please advice what should I do for get the Toaster replaced
