I purchased IFB Microwave oven 30SC3 Rs. 11300 from Next retail on 17-Jan-2011.

Within a year it got rust on steel cavity, company gives warranty of 3 years. I logged a complain #7525033 on 30-Oct-2011 for same. Service centre people told me that I will be getting a replacement of microwave as this problem occurred within a year but later they refused and said cavity will be replaced and they picked my microwave on 3-Dec-2011 saying it will be repaired and will be delivered within 2 days.

Since then, it is yet to be repaired and delivered and nobody seems to be responsible to get this done from IFB or Excellent service centre ( IFB authorised service centre).

I have contacted to Next Retail Sec-14 (0124-3211651), Shikha (Excellent service centre 0124-6526393), Rajender (Service head, Excellent service centre – 9311683942) and Anamika (IFB – Region head – 9311171166).

All of them committed to get the same done by the next day but every time they failed to do so.

Now, nobody of them is responding on phone and customer care (0124-39004321) is saying this complain #7525033 is closed. I have logged a new complain #7833526 today.

I do not know if they will return the microwave or will eat it. IFB people are real thief, irresponsible and unmannered.
