This is Nazneen Basha,i am a house wife and i had bought a Prestige Deluxe Maha mixer grinder from Rohit Enterprises loacated at Goregaon (w).I Purchased it on 12/11/11 and its a five jar mixer with an atta kneader the reason behind buying that mixer was bcoz of the atta kneader as an added benefit,however after using it twice it stopped working,i called Rohit enterprises and asd for a replacement,the distributor advsd me that he cannot replace as the company service person wud decide on to it, as someone from the prestige co.will soon visit my place and fix the issue.It is more than a week that i havent heard nething back from them.
This product gives 2 years warranty, i believe, within one month they cud nt provide good service how can i rely on them for 2 years which seems to be for name sake.I need a resolution to it or else i need my money bck and wud nt require such products nemore......
