I purchased IFB front load (Ergo 6512 R Red) washing machine from Girias Retail chain, Marthahalli Brach, Bangalore. Just after one week of Purchase, water started Leaking out from the front door of the Machine, and also the machine gave electric shocks. Hence, Lodged a complain for the washing machine at Girias . Its almost 20-25 days now...but there is no response either from Girias( from where the machine has been purchased) nor from IFB, even-though both the places have been informed about the issue.

Its hardly 2 months from the purchase date, and i am facing problem. I am not able to use the machine at all for washing purpose. Please help me to get the justice. The machine costed me around 35K, which just seems useless and a big headache and loss of money. It seems as if i have purchased a headache of rs worth 35K.
