    Dear Sir/Madam,
    i have ordered and change germ kill guard for pure it on 20th oct 2011 but after 15 days it is not working. after so many calls in costumer service there is no response. company gave us faulty germ kill guard. which is not working.

    Question Pure it pepole cheat us.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    after so many calls , so many conversations but no body is responding for the same. no body trying to solve the problem.
