Had puchased thermo king gyser on 13.11.10 and before completi8ng warrenty it stopped working.

Registered complaint on 29.10.11 comp no 2 on 1800112627.

A mech. Guy visited on 2nd after I called him 3-4 times and said that element needs to be changed and he will do the same in 1-2 days.

After 10 days and about 100 calls to cust care(1800112627 lakhwinder) and their service rep. In faridabad on 09891629349(anoop), a person visited on 11.11.11 and he said that tank is leaking , now tank needs to be replaced.
He said he will do need ful in morning on 12th nov.11
now, when i called him and their cust care they are saying it will again take 2-3 days, so i am really frustated and don't know what to do
please help.

Anyone who wants to buy gyser please do not buy thermoking, worst gysers and worst service.
