Dear Sir,
I was very impressed with the quality of exide batteries. I purchased on Jul 2009 .But recently it has been experienced that the quality of these batteries has gone to worst. I had purchased a INVA 135 AH [ 4F9124161] Initially it gives back up to 2.5 hrs then it keep on reduce to .30 min with in the 20 months. I was shocked to see that back up of the battery . then I contacted dealer it was told to me that replacement of battery company will give only 25 % off remaining amount customer has to bear. I dint understand why I should bear the cost when it is manufacturing problem have contacted service manager but no use no proper response. Very poor service and response by EXIDE service center.
What is next action ??????
