Dear Sir/Maam,
I had purchased a Whirlpool washing machine (semi-automatic: Model- super soak L.GY 6.2kg) in December,2007. Since then, we had faced a problem twice in the drier which were attended timely n rectified. But since past one month the draining system of the machine is not working properly and the machine requires servicing for which I had contcted the agency to provide me with the required service but no one turned up. I have ben calling them again and again, they assure me that the engineer will come to my place within 2-3 days, but no one has yet turned up.
I am completely unsatisfied wih the product and its after sales services and do not want to continue with the product. The company can please take back their washing machine and pay me back the sum which I had payed for the purchase of it.
