    Post after more time repair inverter is not properly work

    I have problem with a microtek Inverter which i have bought on 04.05.2009.
    i strat facing problem after 10 days of use.

    last time one technician comes from Microtek and didnt touch anything
    explaining that it is outdated and out of waaranty period. i also have bill
    which still in warranty period . if some body can help me then please tell
    me the way how can i get rid of problem.somehow it causes some negative
    feedback for such a reputed company. I am no geting any help from the dealer
    and microtek as well.I think there is problem with dealer because he diddnt
    fulfill the requirement proposed by the tecnician.
    Also inspite of my resist dealer's tecnician came to me and took away the
    Inverter.

    so i would like to make complain against this dealer whose information is

    Default Inverter doesn't charge battery

    i bought my microtek 875 E2 inverter from dealer its work fine for nearly 6 Month but now it doesn't even charge battery for 1 hrs and doesn't give backup how to repair .........

    Default Inverter is not charging properly after the replacement of old battery witn a new.

    Dear sir,
    i "abu alim" have purchased a inveter 850 in the year 2007 with a exide battry.and there is no prob. At all. But, after 2 & half year ,the batery get expierd. And i replace with a new okaya tabular battery (red flat) and we faced the problem of not charging properly. I brought the inverter to the district microtek service centre and he tolds me - for the replacement of the ic because we are now going to use tabular battery which has highb capacity then the old one.but, after the replacement of new ic the inverter is still not working properly.

    So, i request you do something for solving my prob. I am totally fraustrated.

    I had purchased a Microtek Inverter in April 2010. I had logged a complaint with Microtek customer care Kanpur (complaint no 1872). Your technician had visited my residence on 13 August 2011 and found that the board of the UPS was having some problem. He promised to come back with the part but we are still waiting.

    my model no is 850VA and S.NO. is A7FGBBNX236161 WHICH waspurchased from BISHAL ELECTRONICS,BAPUJINAGAR,
    BHUBANESWAR.Now my inverter is not not working for the time it should work when there is no electrtcity.Previously it was giving current for nearly 6 hours.Now ater 30 minutes it gives a buzzer sound nd stops.     Now my inverter is not charging last 20 days. I tried calling to the customer service numbers being provided, but no body is picking the phone over there.

    pichale kuch dina te mahara invertor tu-tu-tu-tu-tu-tu-tu-tu ki aawaz karda rahe hai. haam isste bahot parasan ho liye hai. kai dina te charge bhi na honda.raat na soon bhi
    nahi data. ye to hamare liye ALARM ka kaam kar raha INVERTOR ka nahi. krpa kar k koi samadhan kare or SERVICE CENTER ka address bataye.

    Default Mis-selling OR wrong selling of UPS Inverter

    Dear Sir/ Mam,

    I purchased an Microtek Inverter on 26.10.2012 from M V P Enterprises, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and the details of the same are mentioned below:

    Model No. - UPSEB860
    S. No. - 11GPNB 318170


    The above product is a defect product as the inverter does not charges the Battery. Also just 2 days back the technician from Microtek came and told that when the battery is fully discharged the Inverter could not charge. If this is the case then why the shopkeeper sold this product to us when I told him the exact scenerio OR purpose of our use for the inverter that I need the Inverter only charging purpose and that too Fully discharged.

    Want a seviour and strict action to be taken against the Microtek Co. and the Shopkeeper M V P Enterprises for Mis-selling OR wrong selling of the Product. Also need a replacement or Money refund for the Microtek Inverter we have purchased.

    Also the Customer care of Microtek is very Poor as I tried asking one Guy named Mr. Ajay Khatri at Delhi i.e the Head office about the solution for the same but he replied in an arrogant manner.I think it shows that they are least bothered about the Afetr sales service.

    Looking forward for the same.

    The above product is not fully charging. I call the engg. But he want money for check this. my product is in warrienty. After that why i should gave him money. plz, give me favour. And it out free of cost in warrienty.
    plz. call the engg.of kapurthala and say to him for check my invertor free of cost.

    Dear Reader,
    This is reference with my complaint # 833 in Delhi landline no. problem i am writting in very offset mood... because everyone knows that if i have invest money for some reason than i should have take benifit of same. but it's not like that i am troubble after purchasing inverter..
    i have purchase inverter from Robin Power Rewari (Haryana) in May 2010. Sr no of inverter iz 10EGBNB728450. but inverter was faulty. how i marks it faulty because every month i was purchasing 5ltrs battery water from market & inverter was consuming that much water once shop keeper was asked me why u r purchasing this much water? i replied for inverter. he asked how many inverter you have? i replied 1#. he asked this is much consumption of water. than i sarve & found no need water top up till 6 month app.
    Than i complaint to dealer he said give me that inverter may card of inverter will be faulty. i gave him inverter after 1 week he called me card was faulty & same has been replaced by microtek. i take bacjk inverter & checked again @ home but nothing was improve battery was charging continue. battery also i gave him he checked battery too. but battery was in good condition as per dealer. again i complaint him he said you should have log complaint in customer care. i did same. after 3 days on 30th January engineer has came he replace the card & close the complaint. after one week i face a problem. during power cut after 2 minnutes inverter was showing error low battery. again i complaint to customer care today. again engineer came & he replaced card today. it is under observation. plz note that engineers are not giving any report. last time i have checked the card was old. no new card they are placing.
    I want to ask ......
    why you are doing this type activity?
    why u are making fool to customer?
    why u r not guiding to customer properly?
    Please note that as per engineer waranty for same will be expire in May 2012. but if problem will not be get resolved it will not expire in may 2012.
    I have small baby. he can not sarve summer.
    Please revert back incase any other querry & avoide this type activity.
