Dear Admin,
i am debabrata naha (dev) from hyderabad.
i have purchased a kenstar slim line air cooler from next electronics,
begumper store on 27th march;09 and with in 1 month the water motor got
spoiled 4 times. calling them several times every week is a part of my
schedule now and on every visit the technisians ask for money, which i dont
prefer to give.
while taking that cooler NEXT people assured me that for any problem they
will be always there, but now after so much of trouble i wanted to replace
that product with a different model by paying some extra money, and
regarding that first i talked to mr Ravi on 2nd of may and he said it will
be replaced on the next day, i waited for 2/3 days but he is not even bother
to call me back, so i called again to get the update on that, then i had a
talk with mr, Gautam, he told me that Ravi is on leave and he didnt inform
this issue to anyone.
i was frustrated so i wanted to talk with the manager, then i talked to mr
murli(HR manager), he told me ravi will be back on next day and he will give
me call and will get it done, but he didnt call me either.so again i went
the NEXT store on 9th may'09 and i met with mr Rupesh, he told me that the
product cant be replaced because it is more then 7 days and replacement of
product can be done only within 7 days, which is no where mentioned in the
bill or the warranty card.
Again i called mr murli and he said he cant take care of that and he
provided me Mr ashutosh's no , who is the sales manager.
i called him again , he told me he will take this matter and will resolved
as earliest and he asked me to provide me the complaint no.i did the same by
sending sms to his mobile but today the complete day his mobile is switched
off and not a single sms has been delivered till now.
Now i need your help to resolve this crucial situation.
