I want to complain against Rediff shopping. They have cheated me into placing an order for NOVA JAPAN 4in1 Hair Straightener / Crimping Waves on Hair NHC 463, which apparantly costed me Rs. 1120 and they sent me a cheap no functional hair straightner without any warranty which costs hardly Rs.300 in the market. I am shocked at the way they have fooled me. I have read that there are lots of other people who have been fooled into placing orders for highly fancy products and have been delivered either no products at all or very cheap quality products. Please help me in dealing with rediff shopping to get my money back.
