Three weeks ago the our Samsung Washing Machine WA 80 HAG , which we were using for the last four years became out of order.
I complained through the dealer. The manufacturer’s service engineer checked the machine and spot that the keypad is not working. He told that the spare is not available and will not be available. And as per his advice, I rang the Samsung help line and loaded a fresh complaint to get the part. They promised me that they will get the part from Delhi within one week.

After many days wait, I rang the service engineer and he asked me to contact service centre. And after checking the system they said that the part will not be available and asked us to exchange this and go for new. They can reimburse Rs.1800/- only after deducting the depreciation. My parents have a 15 year old Videocon washing machine and just two months ago my father changed a spare part and still it is working.

In this case, if the spare would be available, we would be able to use this for next 5-6 years.
Hence, I kindly request you for action to get my money reimbursed or machine replaced.
