i bought symphony cooler one year before ,it has problem in motor ,after one week follow ,mechanic came and told motor need replacement ,i said ok but after that he did,t turn up , i every day calling but no help , company is loosing market because of worst services ,i hope you will do some needful .

I bought a Symphony "Winter" Cooler last month (March-2011) in Bangalore, thinking that Brand is good.
Symphony advertisements are fake, and company proved me wrong when it comes to after sales.

With in 1 week after purchase, I came to know some fault in the product accordingly, Lodged a complain at customer service desk. CSR (Customer Service Representative) came in after 3 days of my complaint and told me that Fan Motor was faulty-needs replacement from company.

Neither Bangalore area Service Manager (Mr.Basava 9341812928) is picking up the calls, nor CSR comming back with after sales service. This is pathetic service from "SYMPHONY" during hot summer.

I came to know that Symphony "Winter" coolers are comming with faulty Fan Motors. Better don't buy this product new buyers.

I have registered complaint NEL-27D12004. From last thursday cooler is not working. Motor pump is not working, no one from service center visited my home. I had to take the cooler to service center. Now at service center spare motor pump is not available. Kindly replace motor pump at the earliest. I have tried Mr Desai's number several times but invain. Almost for a week cooler is not working and I have purchased it just a month back. I am sorry to say but the service is worst and never expected Symphony will give me such kind of service/treatment.

I have purchased symphony air cooler on 23.3.2012 at bilaspur(CG) & the cooler is out of order since 28.4.12. ihave complained to dealer at Bilaspur(Tuteja furniture), to the company twice. But sorry to say that no body attended even on 07.5.2012 although it was assured during purchase that comlain will be attended within 24 hours. my comlain no RST-5E12006. in message of symphony mob no given is 9993058225 also not responding. I think local manufacturers gives better servic. There is no system of getting feed back from customer regarding compliance of the complins. Is it only give message to the purchaser regarding registeration of complain?
