I have purchased an Window Air Conditioner (Voltas Vertis Plus) 1.5 ton last year dated 28 June 2009. The machine have been first serviced on 12 March 2010,by Bhardwaj Engineers (152/2, Hari Nagar, Ashram, New Delhi-110014 by Mr. Niranjan) whose receipt no. is 17804. We started using our AC on 2 April 2010 after that it is creating critical problem in its working. It is making a lot of sound which is untolerable. We launched a complaint against the problem on 4 April 2010 complaint no.10AP0400268 customer Id- C0015134 complaint received by Mr. Shiva. We again launched a complaint on 5 April 2010 received by Mr. Shiva. On 5 April 2010 evening engineers ( Shokat Ali & Mahender) from Bhardwaj engineers attended our complaint, checked the machine and told that the problem has been created due to the mishandling of the person who had last serviced it and some internal part has been damaged which is not available with us under warranty but you can get it paid. On 6 April 2010 we again launched complaint at 11:19 am received by Vibha with same complaint no and customer Id. Till 8 april 2010 night noone had came to attend the complaint.Same night when we started our AC at 11:15 pm, the machine has been sounding 4 times more than before and some kind of smell is also there in the machine.
If there is some mishappening in our house due the AC, the Voltas Limited and Bhardwaj Engineers will be responsible for that. I again request you to sort out the problem today only(9 April 2010, evening) by your senior engineer otherwise we will file the complaint with consumer court and media as well. For our step to the consumer court the Voltas Limited itself will be responsible for that.
1. 2nd complaint no:-10AP0903832 At All india customer care no:-18002664555 dated-09/04/10,time-9:42a.m,i had a word with Ms. Sarika,who transferred the call to Mr. Arshad at 9:47a.m.Mr Arshad commited to me that i wil get service today,but noone came to detect the problem on that day.

2.on 10/04/2010 complaint no:-10AP1001660 receiver by Mr. Ram at all india customer no:-18002664555. he said that a senior technition will be at your doorstep to detect the problem, but jeetu and yogesh from (Bhardawaj Engineers) came to our home but they did not detect the problem. after this every complaint is on my previous complaint no:10AP1001660. whenever i book my complaint, noone came that day.they came to my home after 5 days.

3.on dated:-20/04/2010 complaint no:-10AP2002671 registered by mrs.babita at customer no:-18002664555

4.on dated 23/04/2010 i talked to mrs.Aruna which is a Service Manager at pune in the morning at 11:10am.

5. on the same day i was talked to mr. ravish at 1:50pm.

6. on dated 23/04/2010 i was talked to mr. Shukant (DGM SERVICE) which he told me. but now today onwards i.e 12:35pm my problem being unsolved.

my problem from 5/04/2010 to today onwards i.e 24/04/2010 , my problem is not solved by VOLTAS INDIA PVT. LTD.
